We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide our website, our content and our services. Processing takes place in accordance with the GDPR, the BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act) and other applicable data protection regulations.
3. Hosting and content delivery network (CDN)
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA and delivered via Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
In the process, connection data (e.g. IP address, date, time, browser) is automatically stored temporarily in server log files. This serves to ensure the stability and security of the website.

4. Collection and storage of personal data
a) Visiting the website
When you access our website, the browser on your device automatically transmits the following information to the server, where it is stored in log files:
IP address of the requesting device
Date and time of access
Name and URL of the file retrieved
Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
Browser type and version as well as further device information
This data is stored for a maximum of 14 days.
b) Contacting us
If you contact us by email or telephone, the data you provide (name, email address, telephone number if applicable, message) is stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry.

c) Inquiry forms via Typeform
Service provider: Typeform Espana S.L., Carrer Bac de Roda 163, 08018 Barcelona, Spain
All inquiry forms on this website are Typeform forms, which are either embedded directly in the page or open as an overlay. Your entries are transmitted directly to Typeform and stored there; we retrieve them from there.
The information you fill in is collected, in particular your name, email address, telephone number and details of your project. In addition, our website passes hidden fields to the form that describe the context of the visit: the page visited, the placement of the form within the page and the campaign parameters of the address visited (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content).
After submission, Typeform redirects you to a page on our website and passes your email address and name as parameters of the target address. These parameters serve to pre-fill the appointment booking and for the attribution described under section 6.

d) Appointment booking via Calendly
We use the service Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Ste 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA for online appointment scheduling. The booking calendar is embedded in our website; the data you enter is transmitted to Calendly. The email address provided in the preceding form is taken from the address bar and pre-filled in the calendar.

5. Newsletter & marketing communication
We use Instantly.ai and Close.com for email campaigns and CRM.
Processing only takes place if consent has been given (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
6. Use of analytics and tracking tools
a) Microsoft Clarity
Service provider: Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA
Microsoft Clarity records the course of your visit in order to analyze the use of our website (session recordings, heatmaps, click and scroll behavior). For this purpose, identifiers are stored in the browser and device, browser and connection data, including the IP address, are processed. The script is loaded on every page, and only after the first render, when the browser is idle.
b) Conversion tracking for Google Ads
Service provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland
We use the Google Ads tag to measure which of our ads led to an inquiry or appointment booking. In the process, cookies are set and information about the page view as well as click identifiers from the address bar are transmitted to Google. Data may be transferred to the USA (standard contractual clauses).
c) Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)
Service provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland
We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to recognize visitors to our website for advertising purposes (Custom Audiences). This records page views as well as certain actions on our website, in particular the completion of an appointment booking. The data collected is transmitted to Meta and may be linked there to an existing user account. Data may be transferred to the USA.
We are jointly responsible with Meta for the collection and transmission of the data (Art. 26 GDPR). The further processing of the data by Meta is the sole responsibility of Meta. Details of the joint responsibility can be found at https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum

d) Hyros
Service provider: Hyros, Inc., 13359 N Highway 183 Ste 406 #2008, Austin, TX 78750, USA
Hyros is used to attribute inquiries and orders across platforms to preceding ad interactions (attribution). For this purpose, visits to our website, click and referral information (including campaign parameters of the URL), IP address and browser information as well as the information transmitted when a form is submitted are processed and assigned to a user identifier. The script is delivered via our own subdomain t.camgula.com and is embedded on every page. Processing takes place on servers in the USA.
7. Embedded videos and external content
a) Vimeo
Service provider: Vimeo.com, Inc., 330 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001, USA
Video examples and customer testimonials are embedded as Vimeo players. When the page in question is accessed, connection data including your IP address is transmitted to Vimeo.
b) Wistia
Service provider: Wistia, Inc., 17 Tudor Street, Cambridge, MA 02139, USA
Individual videos are embedded as Wistia players. Here too, connection data including your IP address is transmitted to the provider when the player is loaded.
c) ProvenExpert
Service provider: ProvenExpert.com GmbH, Expert Systems AG, Quedlinburger Straße 1, 10589 Berlin, Germany
We embed the rating seal and the rating overview from ProvenExpert. The scripts and style sheets required for this are loaded from ProvenExpert servers when the page is accessed; in the process, your IP address is transmitted to the provider. The seal is not embedded on the page /mustervideo.
8. Cookies and timing of loading
This website does not display a consent banner and does not ask for consent before loading the services listed under sections 6 and 7. The Hyros and Meta scripts are loaded when the page is accessed, Microsoft Clarity and the Google Ads tag only afterwards, when the browser is idle. The embedded videos, forms and the booking calendar load their content as soon as the respective page or section is accessed.
In the process, cookies are set and comparable identifiers are stored in your browser's storage.
You can restrict or prevent the setting of cookies in your browser settings and delete cookies that have already been set there. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.
9. Transfers to third countries
Data is transferred to the USA when Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Vimeo, Wistia, Calendly, Instantly, Close.com and Hyros are used.
The transfer takes place on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses.
10. Storage period
Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes or as long as statutory retention periods apply.
